Features of HT (0.3-3.5mm) Decoiler Straightner
The combined structure guarantee a synchronization between decoiler and straightener. This leveling system adopts a pneumatic rod pressing and release system on upper rollers, and handwheel roller gap adjusting which achieves a better coil straightening performance than the conventional straightening machine.
Uncoiler
A variety type of uncoiling parts of this combined system is provided by HI-TECH. The standard decoiler part is a non-motorized decoiler, it trusts the straightening part to pull the material.
For the thin coil material, it has a motorized uncoiling system and equips a loop rack. For some strong material, it equips the coil hold-down arm to process the coil.

Straightener
The straightener part is easy to open for regular maintenance, roller gap space is adjusted by the turbine shaft with the handwheel. All the straightening rollers are made by high-quality GCr15 steel with special treatment for precision and resistant work. The pneumatic rollers release system grantees an accuracy coil feed. And the remote control handle can be customized with multi-language.
