HS-B4 is a type of precision metal coil straightener with air cylinder roll pressure. The machine structure is similar to the leveler part of the compact line. It has a wide application range, can level metal strip thickness up to 6.0mm.

Features of HT-B4 Straightner

The precision coil straightener equips 9pcs of leveling rollers and 2pcs of pinch rollers. The high-quality leveling rollers are made by Gcr15 material, with multiple treatment processes, the hardness will reach HRC60±2.

The worm gears guarantee a high precision straightening value adjustment. The working speed is about 15m/min, with a stand-alone contact sensor for loop control.
